Soldiers don’t overcome their fear in combat. Fear helps one survive, because it makes one take immediate action. So fear can have its positive aspects.
On the other hand, if we let our fears to block us, make us panic, in that case, fear will stop us from the action, and will not serve our better life.
FEAR stands for False Experience Appearing Real, which means it is not real, it lives in our head. And we should and can release it. It is only imagined anyway. No matter how it feels real it is false and it is our responsibility to choose not to be guided with scenario that is not serving our growth.
